By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, or participating in CPW LIVE (“Event”), you (“Attendee”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration and Admission
Registration provides the registered Attendee with admission to CPW LIVE for the ticket type purchased.
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or assigned to another person without prior written approval from CPW LIVE.
CPW LIVE reserves the right to verify the identity of registered Attendees and may require identification at check-in.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS
ALL TICKET SALES, REGISTRATION FEES, UPGRADES, ADD-ONS, AND OTHER EVENT-RELATED PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, inability to attend, or failure to attend.
Failure to attend the Event does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
No partial refunds will be issued if an Attendee attends only a portion of the Event.
Ticket purchases are not contingent upon the appearance of any particular speaker, vendor, sponsor, panelist, presentation, or topic.
You are responsible for reviewing the Event dates, location, and ticket details before completing your purchase.
3. Event Changes
CPW LIVE reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, panelists, vendors, sponsors, topics, sessions, venue areas, format, or other Event details at any time.
Speakers, presentations, schedules, and programming are subject to change without notice.
Changes to speakers, schedules, programming, vendors, or other Event details do not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Event Postponement, Relocation, or Cancellation
If circumstances outside the reasonable control of CPW LIVE require the Event to be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or materially modified, CPW LIVE may apply the Attendee's registration to the rescheduled or modified Event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPW LIVE will not be responsible for Attendee expenses related to travel, airfare, hotels, transportation, meals, lost wages, lost business opportunities, or other costs associated with attending or being unable to attend the Event.
If CPW LIVE cancels the Event entirely and does not provide a rescheduled Event, credit, replacement event, or substantially similar alternative, CPW LIVE will determine the appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.
5. Travel and Accommodations
Attendees are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, lodging, transportation, meals, and other expenses unless specifically stated otherwise in the ticket purchased.
CPW LIVE is not responsible for canceled or delayed flights, hotel reservations, transportation problems, weather conditions, or other travel-related issues.
Attendees are encouraged to purchase appropriate travel insurance if desired.
6. Speakers, Content, and Results
CPW LIVE is an educational and networking event.
Information presented by CPW LIVE, its speakers, panelists, sponsors, vendors, contractors, or other participants is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
CPW LIVE does not guarantee any specific business, financial, revenue, sales, marketing, operational, or other result from attending the Event or implementing information presented at the Event.
Any business decisions made based on information obtained at CPW LIVE are solely the responsibility of the Attendee.
7. Conduct
CPW LIVE is intended to provide a professional, productive, and respectful environment.
CPW LIVE reserves the right, in its sole reasonable discretion, to refuse admission to or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, unsafe, unlawful, excessively intoxicated, or otherwise detrimental to the Event, its Attendees, speakers, vendors, sponsors, staff, or venue.
An Attendee who is removed or denied continued admission due to misconduct will not be entitled to a refund.
8. Photography, Video, and Recording
CPW LIVE may photograph, film, livestream, or otherwise record portions of the Event.
By entering and attending the Event, you grant CPW LIVE and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, film, record, and use your image, likeness, and voice captured in connection with the Event for legitimate Event-related promotional, educational, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you have a specific concern regarding appearing in Event media, please contact CPW LIVE prior to the Event.
9. Attendee Recording
Attendees may take reasonable personal photographs and short-form video clips unless otherwise instructed.
Attendees may not record, reproduce, livestream, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit full presentations, training sessions, proprietary materials, or other protected Event content without prior written authorization from CPW LIVE or the applicable content owner.
10. Intellectual Property
Event materials, presentations, graphics, videos, training materials, workbooks, branding, and other content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights belonging to CPW LIVE, individual speakers, sponsors, vendors, or other respective owners.
Purchasing a ticket does not grant an Attendee ownership of or unrestricted rights to reproduce, distribute, resell, teach, publish, or commercially exploit Event materials.
11. Assumption of Risk
Attendees voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attending an in-person event, including risks associated with travel, crowds, personal property, and participation in Event activities.
Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety, property, health decisions, and conduct while attending the Event.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CPW LIVE, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, speakers, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to attendance at, participation in, or inability to attend the Event.
CPW LIVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
13. Vendors, Sponsors, and Third Parties
CPW LIVE may include independent speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, service providers, and other third parties.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, these parties operate independently from CPW LIVE. CPW LIVE does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the products, services, claims, representations, agreements, or conduct of independent third parties.
Any transaction or agreement between an Attendee and a third party is solely between those parties.
14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Attendees agree to contact CPW LIVE directly regarding any billing or registration concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
The filing of a chargeback does not automatically invalidate these Terms & Conditions or the Event's refund policy.
CPW LIVE reserves the right to provide the applicable payment processor or financial institution with registration records, transaction information, these Terms & Conditions, proof of acceptance, communications, attendance records, and other relevant documentation when responding to a payment dispute.
Nothing in this section limits any rights an Attendee may have under applicable law or card-network rules.
15. Force Majeure
CPW LIVE will not be responsible for delays, changes, postponement, relocation, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, acts of government, public health emergencies, labor disruptions, venue emergencies, utility failures, transportation disruptions, civil disturbances, or other extraordinary circumstances.
In such circumstances, CPW LIVE may reschedule, relocate, modify, or otherwise adjust the Event as reasonably necessary.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or participation in CPW LIVE will be brought in the appropriate courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any additional written terms specifically applicable to the ticket or package purchased, constitute the agreement between the Attendee and CPW LIVE regarding Event registration and attendance.
19. Acceptance
By completing your registration or ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS policy.
You further acknowledge that you are voluntarily purchasing admission to CPW LIVE and accept responsibility for your ability to attend the Event.
